The area is a little more congested and the back of property have a gas station and 7-11 as neighbors. « I stayed at this location for 18 days. Location is excellent! I would definitely recommend for short term but not for long-term. The person in ADU made it difficult with parking very selfish when parking in the drive way. On thurs and fri had to move car early in the morning due to sweepers and not able to park in drive way.Home was not very clean, vent had not been cleaned in months and dust bunnies flying everywhere. « The house is in a great location, walkable to coffee shops and the 4th street restaurants, bars and shops. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Lots of seating and a great outdoor area with a grill and spa. Very clean, great basket of snacks and the host was easily reachable and prompt. I would love to stay here again! »
