### Chandelier, Marble Table & Beautiful Outdoor Space 

Newly remodeled two-story 3 bedrm, 2 bath home in Long Beach with many amenities 8 min away from the beach and downtown and 2 min away from Long Beach Memorial Hospital.   
  
The dining room features a luxurious marble table with an epic chandelier and ceiling lights. This space naturally flows into the large private patio.   
  
Sleep wonderfully on our 600 thread cotton sheets and memory foam mattresses.  
  
There are 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds and 2 full beds.   
  
There are two bathrooms.  
  
There are two reserved parking spots in the back alley.   
  
Each room has AC that can be individually set.  
  
In unit washer and dryer.  
  
There are two parking spaces in the back of this home. Access is through the back alley.
