"toilet didn’t work"

"Staff was friendly. Room might have been remodeled recently. It was nice. The shower was nice. The complimentary breakfast was good. The walls were thin. Could hear many people in their rooms. Many people were loud walking up and down the hallway. I had to shove towels under the adjoining door as the people next door were having a very loud good time, including s_x. Im so glad it didn't wake my kids up. "

"get keys to work first time. took three times to get key that worked.breakfast was poor. eggs were runny, french toast was hard. food lloked like it had been there for a long time even at 6:30 am. senior discount not considered because room was booked thru you third party. shower door wouldn't stay closed, tv was very confusing."

"The heat in the room didn’t work at all. The mattress sheet had stains and hair on it. The bathroom sink water didn’t work. Multiple lamps didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty. "

"Room was clean, ac worked fine, however it was almost like the windows were open the whole night. Noisy due to traffic on highway. Need better windows on the backbside of the hotel."

"Great place to stay if you are in town visiting Wellesley College. Easy and short drive to campus and the hotel is located very close to a mall with lots of shopping and dining options nearby."
