"My family and I were in town for an event in Cleveland and we found this gem about 10 minutes from downtown. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We were greeted with bottles of water and a snack. Hot and cold breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and spacious and there was a water bottle filling station in the lobby. Around the clock coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I would definitely stay here again."

"It is a wonderful experience by itself..With its attachment to the breathtaking arcade,we consider it a destination requirement when in Cleveland. Excellent. Get a room facing the arcade"

"FREE FOOD and Drinks! I mean, you cannot beat that. Lovely breakfast buffet every day w/many options. Evenings there is a free dinner, with snacks, 3 free alcholic beverages and a variety of food that was varied each night. Lovely hotel, charming, nice rooms, and great amenities. Walkable to many great things; R&R hall of fame; bears stadium; science museum; lake erie, boat rides, shops stores places to eat, teh other sport venues. The staff were so nice! HIGHLY Recommend. A great Value and bargain! I only paid for two meals out over 4 days since the food at the restaurant was so good."

"Great hotel, kids loved the poolside room. Pool was huge, hot tub was nice but not real hot. Workout room was good- all the things you need for a quick workout and it was cool inside not hot. Room was small with 2 beds not a ton of room but it worked. Beds not too comfy but we managed. Check in staff lady was super sweet. No breakfast and bar closed early. Also no drinks or food in pool area kinda sucked while watching kids. Great area in walking distance to mall and resturants! Gas arcross street and right off hwy. Would be back if in the area"
