"Overall, our stay was acceptable, but there are several areas that could be improved. The front desk service was disappointing. When we arrived for check-in, the gentleman at the front desk remained on a phone call and seemed unconcerned that we had been waiting for quite some time. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have made a big difference. The complimentary breakfast is very basic, with limited variety and not many options to choose from. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked very well, which made our stay comfortable. However, the bed linens were noticeably worn and could definitely be replaced. The highlight of the hotel is the excellent swimming pool and hot tub. Just be aware that towels are not provided in the pool area, so you'll need to bring the towels from your room. With improvements to customer service, breakfast, and the condition of the bedding, this hotel could provide a much better overall guest experience."
