"The property is very pretty and well maintained. FYI to anyone that has trouble climbing stairs. We were on the 3rd floor and carrying suitcases up those flights of stairs could be tough for anyone with health problems. Also they require you to have this piece of paper displayed in your vehicle, which ours was a rented golf cart, that has your name and room number in plain view of anyone that walks by. I didn’t think it was safe to do that so I carried mine in my bag. The master bedroom was really nice and spacious as well as the master bath and closet. No electrical outlets next to the bed to charge your phone, a definite design flaw on their part! Luckily whomever owns the unit we stayed in had a clock with a USB port so I could charge my phone. Also you have to fill out an inventory sheet which could be organized a bit better. Takes a bit of time when you don’t know where everything is and have to search all the cabinets and closets for items.…""The property is very pretty and well maintained. "Very isolated which has pros and cons. No TVs which I liked but my husband did not. No gym or fitness center. One restaurant on property with good food that was fresh, minimal variety if you’re there for longer than 2 days. No direct beach access was a big negative. The hotel will take you down and pick you up on a golf cart. No chairs or umbrella set up at beach. One small pool on property. Private plunge pools in rooms were nice but very cold despite 90 degree weather. Would not recommend excursion to fishing as we went with a company they recommended that was VERY expensive and caught nothing, El Patron, the guys didn’t care and neither did hotel. Costa Rica has some of the best fishing in the world. Not really anticipated or acceptable IMO especially if you’re out from 7:30 to 4pm. Tourist trap. Staff is very nice and friendly otherwise, views are beautiful. Wouldn’t go back, think for the money you can have a better stay elsewhere with more amenities. "The property is located on the beach which is great for swimming and quite beautiful. Coco is very busy with tourism due to it's close location to the airport. The restaurant serves good food, but it is extremely overpriced. A salad with avocado was $16, not big enough for a meal, no bread. There is no breakfast or coffee offered. The waiter we had was not friendly. One of the nights the restaurant was closed due to a private concert for a bus of 150 people. The hotel loaded up with Americans coming to see an American playing country western music. We left for the night. Overall this is an ok place. Car parking is out on the street in the driveway with no protection.
