Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself could use a refresh. It is for sale so I suspect that will not happen until it has a new owner. My only real issue was lack of table space in the rooms to place keys, books, sunglasses, etc. Hotel services are limited. The coffee/juice bar didn’t open until around 9 a.m. So early risers need to go out (there are espresso pods available in the main shared space). Not a big deal as there are plenty of places nearby. No laundry service available. You have to go to the full service Super Wash a few buildings down. That wasn’t great as many pieces of clothing went missing. All in all it is a really nice spot. It could be great with just a few extra touches."
