"We had to change room.the ac was making a loud banging noise..coffeef maker was out of service for the 5 day i was there and was still when i left. Got lock out of room the day before i left say it was glitch in the system "

"This is our go- to hotel when we come to Edmonton. Great value for the cost, in an excellent central area. The breakfast is also excellent."

"Well, if you missed the 70s and 80s this is your hotel. Everything is dated, but clean for the most part. The breakfast is begals toast and ego waffles, and my bed was made but doubtful the sheets were changed from the last guest in the room, as I brushed out crumbs from the sheets. So this does not get my highest ratings."

"Our curtains were ripped, bathroom door did not close and there was a ball of hair on the tub."

"The staff is great, and trying hard, but the hotel is run down. Rooms have no hot water, shower didnt work. The hot tub and pool are not maintained. Location is great."

"The beds were great, the room was comfortable and we could control the climate, the bathroom Was spotless. There is room For improvement in the breakfast offering, specifically with regards to coffee and tea. They ran out of tea, there were no herbal teas and there was weak drip coffee only. No cream only the powdered stuff and the syrup for waffles was the fake stuff. No spicy anything for those who prefer spicy to sweet. Except for breakfast everything was great and the airport shuffle on time. "
