"Clean room and super helpful staff "

"While the room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, the overall arrival experience was disappointing. I was alarmed to find the hotel exterior boarded up and covered in graffiti due to construction, which had not been clearly mentioned in the reviews. Traveling with a teenage girl, that made me feel uneasy right away. There was no real seating area upon arrival, the lift was extremely small and could barely hold two people, and construction tape seemed to be everywhere. The constant banging noise beginning early in the morning also took away from the experience. I also wish someone had explained that the key card had to be inserted to turn on the lights, as that was confusing at first. On a positive note, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the tub was wonderfully large for a relaxing bath, the location was excellent, and the staff was helpful."

"Room was very tiny, but was clean and comfortable. Staff were not very friendly but were helpful if you made requests. Building is very small compared to images posted. Breakfast was not worth the fee. You are better off grabbing food at a close cafe. The location was fan Attic and easy for hopping on the metro or buses. "
