We had a family of 4 (one teen and one 7) and none of us are petite. The place is as advertised; small but with some creative use of closets and putting everything away, we were comfortable for the week. The place was clean, great little kitchenette and we loved the shower… all small but important things. Access was easy and owner seemed more than accessible despite having no need to contact him. Only small suggestion would be different or more comfortable pillows for sleeping. Would happily return there again. ##### Jennie L. Very clean, updated flat. We were a little surprised with upstairs sleeping area as it was tight for space but comfortable bed otherwise. Communication with host was prompt. It was three blocks from our daughter that is a student there. Notre Dame was just around the corner. It was in a courtyard and it was a quiet little cave on the first floor. ##### Michelle S. The stairs once you walk in front door are small and narrow, doesn’t take away from apartment at all just something to be cautious of for those that have trouble up and down. Loved the place, cozy and great spot to come back to after a long day. The area is very quiet! No complaints at all. ##### B T. The hot water heater motor died while we were there. Can’t blame the owner, but an inconvenience. Séjour de 6 nuits en septembre 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Micheal L. 9 août 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Almost perfect The property itself is cute and though small it was adequate for a short stay. We stayed there four nights. I would have loved to rate it 5 stars; however, 3 of the 4 nights we did not have hot water. The host was very responsive and tried to fix the problem quickly, but with it being the weekend, the hot water wasn’t fixed until Tuesday. We left on Wednesday. We ended up renting a hotel on Monday night just to be able to take a hot shower. Again, the host was very helpful and responsive in trying to fix the problem it just took a few days for the problem to be fixed. There is a portable air conditioner that did the job and we felt comfortable sleeping at night, but it could get a little warm during the day. Overall, even though we didn’t have hot water most of our stay, we would stay here again. It was clean and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the metro. The hosts were fantastic and we would recommend this place to our friends and family. ##### Micheal L.
