"We are locals and we love staying at Arizona Charlie's Decatur for our staycations. We love the affordable prices during the week, this allows for me and my hubby to stay as many time as we do. We stay at least 1-2 times a month. Our only complaint is that all the T.V channels are very staticky."
"Overall was clean and great rooms but was giving the running around when checking in tried to pay resort fees with cash and was declined. The registration girl had to keep going to Manger and calling instead of them to come help i felt unwelcomed at this point. The girl was very patient but they need more management that care about customer service. I had to put it on my card after and they also wanted to decline the food credits I received when booking the package. It was too much back and forth that could of been avoided and was told we had a vip stay but lies didn't apply to me only.At this point i was over it and will not come back here. "
