"The Front Desk pushed me to pay for early check in when there was clearly rooms available. I used to work at a front desk I don’t understand why they couldn’t just give me the room if the night prior wasn’t a sold out night "

"The property was so huge. And the rooms were really clean but our room was in the south tower and we had to walk so far to get to the elevator then walk to our room. It was ok for us but you should make sure to ask for a room in the main tower if u have walking issues! The only thing that wasn’t good for me was that they didn’t have a coffee maker in the room. And there was no where except Starbucks to get just get coffee and tea without going into a restaurant! "
