Really like the room, very clean, and spacious. It had a washer/dryer in our room and I big on washing my cloths even on vacation. They didn't have a lot of onsite dining but next door at the Southpoint they had places to eat. I felt safe walking alone next door to Southpoint as well.

We always enjoy having the convenience of a home. We enjoy staying at the Grandview, but the condos are starting to show their age. They could stand some deep cleaning and updating.

The resort was lovely. The rooms are actually small condos, and the pools are nice. The only major drawback is that very few people there are renting. They will tell you that there is a "complementary" buffet and take a deposit to reserve your place. The buffet turns out to be a 2 hour sales pitch for a timeshare, and if you don't sit through the whole thing you're out money.

Every exit people were by the door smoking Marijuana. It came through the hallways & vents in our room. Not much security. Parking in front of units hard to come by & random loitering of individuals at morning hours. Long check in line & of course an opportunity to sell your name to solicitors for time share info. Room offered spacious living & liked the lay-out. Would stay again if they got rid of the riff-raff!
