Room was clean and spacious, and staff was nice.

Very nice hotel, with a clean and spacious room, a decent breakfast, and a great location close to all the major attractions in Washington. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I appreciate the location for my purposea. Comfortable, quiet, pleasant personnel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We asked for an early check in and they made it happen! The room was clean. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Room was impeccable and what a view from our room! Staff were friendly and kind too!

Very unique concept. Works perfectly. Modern unique rooms. Location is perfection: 15/30 minute walks to all the major museums/The Mall/ White House/Capital/Library of Congress/US Archives.

Good central location. Very family friendly. Staff super helpful.

Friendly and professional staff…we will definitely recommend to family and friends

Loved the funky vibe and cool, functional room. It was perfect for 1 or 2 travellers. Area is a little sketchy - fine during day but night might be a little iffy alone.

Trip with 3 friends was great, very clean, plenty of room & pull-out bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff very helpful & happy hour vouchers were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Whenever I travel to DC I always stay at The Watermark. Tysons corner is perfectly situated and an easy drive to Dulles not to mention the convenient train ride to see the monuments and Smithsonian. Thank you,

Nice room. Comfortable bed great location

All staff members were extremely friendly. The property is close to George Washington’s Mount Vernon. Alexandria is filled with beautiful buildings, homes and green spaces.

My daughter and I traveled to Washington for the first time. The location of the Hyatt Regency was perfect for easily walking to the main attractions of the city. We opted to include the buffet breakfast with our booking which was great. There was a wide selection of offerings and the service was efficient and friendly. Our room itself was comfortable and clean. The staff at the check-in desk were friendly and helpful. All the employees that we encountered at the hotel were polite and friendly....
