It was a quick one night stay. Hosts were very welcoming and attentive to all the details including a gourmet style breakfast made to order. Extremely clean with a quality bed and comfortable atmosphere.

Great retreat in Lanark. We needed some downtime after a difficult move and we were treated to a relaxing restful stay. Host Robert was at our beck and call. We stayed in the pool suite which was lovely, quiet and restful. The morning breakfast was exceptional. Covid 19 rules were strictly enforced, but did not hamper our enjoyment in any way.

Beautiful modern hotel in a renovated Mill beside the Mississippi River. Very clean and well appointed rooms with a well stocked kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. In a very good location near walking trails, river park and downtown restaurants. We will return.

Overall, it is good hotel with good and clean suits. However, the vending machines at this hotel do not offer bottled drinking water, only soda, energy and sports drinks. It was a bad experience for us. Also, the restaurant staff, who work during breakfast, could be more gentle and attentive.

It was in excellent condition. Safety in the bathroom was well thought out. Cross-ventilation for fresh air was present and appreciated

Building seemed very new and well maintained. Great central location. Stay was okay. The friendliest person was our room cleaner! The lady who checked in was kind of miserable and the lady who check us out was nice enough but stressed out because of an incoming wedding party.

Beautiful property and rooms. Very cool that it has its own personal bar on the property.

Was pleasantly suprised by the hotel. The only thing that would have made it a perfect stay is, I always sleep with a fan and they didn't have any in the hotel to let us use. Other then that nice hotel, Great staff and great hot breakfast.

The Hotel manager, also working the reception was very friendly and helpful. the room and bedding was clean, with a fridge. An attached Chinese restaurant for dinner and supper had great food. However, no breakfast.

Okay! We all know that Econo Lodges are NOT 5 Star properties. They never have been, never will be. With that said, the Econo Lodge Smiths Falls is an absolutely GEM!!! First, the staff were amazing. The property is perfectly located right on the main strip in Merrickville making it super easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, river, ruins, trails and more. The contactless check-in was nice and we had all the details ahead of time. There is parking provided at the back. Lovely stay all around.

I needed to work from the hotel room so fast wireless internet was important. The internet speed was great, and room was exceptional. I highly recommend for business or pleasure.

It was a very good property. We didn’t use the amenities because we were only in town for a funeral, not a vacation.
