"Very enjoyable stay. Home was in an area of smith falls that was easy walking distance to canal and downtown restaurants. Prompt response from owner. The home is a duplex. It was as pictured and very well equipped with everything we needed. The lack of a washroom on the main floor has been previously mentioned. While it had been renovated, the home was starting to show the wear and tear of renters. It would benefit from a coat of paint to refresh it. "

"WE had a family vacation with 4 children 9-18 years and 6 adults. The place is as described, but one needs to read the description carefully - see next re water access. The access to the water is not easy as it is down a path through rocks and when you get to the water it is all green and slimy with a dock covered in goose poop. "We have stayed here before, enjoyed it then so much that it was a natural choice for a return trip to the area. The house is well equipped, Alex is an excellent host and our stay was everything we hoped for and more.
