"The property was well situated within a few minutes walk of the centre of Pembroke. Room was clean. Only problem was a noisy radiator which I pointed out to the owner and was told it was in hand (the heating had only just been put on and needed a bit of maintenance). Breakfast was good. If you go, i recommend visiting Pembroke Castle and selecting a time when there is a free guided tour…very interesting.
Would stay at hotel again."

Comfortable rooms, plenty of hot water, beautiful views
Welcoming, friendly staff but no reception area and keys/checkin instructions just left in an envelope (though they could come if you pressed bell)
Very quiet location, somewhat far from local facilities (shops, pub for dinner etc) so anyone wanting to stay in the hotel having arrived should take provisions
Excellent breakfast with gluten free cereal, sausages and toast

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food very good. Great location but getting there not so great as GPS took us along all the narrow wiggly roads instead of the main roads!

An amazing place - so nice that we stayed out watching to tide roll in rather then visiting any other sites. We also had lunch and dinner there. Very nice people!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sitting on the patio in the back garden was very relaxing. It’s a quiet place to relax and unwind especially if on the go like we were for the days previous to our stay. Tenby doesn’t have uber and getting a taxi isn’t the easiest as services are limited and need to be booked ahead of time. Make sure you arrange transportation if coming in on the train, as the Inn is about a 20-25 min walk (quite a bit uphill). The walk to town is much easier and faster...

Fantastic boutique hotel with quiet and large suite. Comfy king bed. Visited with our 5 year old and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was top notch. Probably our favourite hotel in south Wales.
