« When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello! »

The adults enjoyed that the deck and game room were away from the bedrooms so we could play games without disrupting the kids’ sleep. The kids LOVED the game room and the nice yard to run around in.
