There is some noise from the tenants above (as stated in the descripton) but this was really only footsteps & it was generally very quiet after about 6pm.Well appointed with everything you need. "This was a very good unit, just right for the two of us for a five night stay. One of the older reviews said it was not very clean, but it was for us. Everything was very nice. We have stayed at this same complex before, and it has one of the best condo gyms for working out, which we really like. This particular unit also had a good size desk and office chair where I was able to use my two-monitor traveling computer set-up, so I able work remotely in comfort. "We loved this place. It was perfect for us with room to spare. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The yard was great for our dog. The owners were very easy going and willing to answer questions and make the stay pleasant. We will certainly consider staying there again in the future. "
