"Ping pong paddles were broken. Pool had leaves and the skimmer was broken couch in game room in rough shape. Wood floor with doors to deck had deep scratches. No kitchen shears in kitchen. Dead Omar’s on bathroom ceiling. Quiet neighborhood convenient location. Kitchen clean and nicely renovated. Prompt response to request one hour earlier check in."

"We really enjoyed this retreat. It was exceptionally clean & very well thought out and private. Sitting out on the deck over looking the seasonal lake, while listening to the songs of the waterfowl & Steelers Jays… And watching the ducks and geese with those little fluff ball babies waddle up to the grass area of the yard was a real treat.. We never once clicked on the TV as the view has everything we needed. Very comfortable & peaceful indeed."

"Spacious, clean and above all very well stocked house. We travelled with kids and parents and the house was perfect for us. There was ample things to do for the kids (hot tub, pool, game room, TV) and for adults to relax. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery. I had multiple decks/patio and a screen room to sit outside and relax. We really appreciated that the house was very well stocked. "The house was comfortable and we enjoyed the video game table and the wide variety of interesting books and music. I wouldn't call the waterbed waveless (we've had 2 waterbeds), and we found this one a bit sloshy. Used the wood stove heater for 2 days but I'm sensitive to smoke so we used the electric heater for the last 2 days. The town of Dunsmuir didn't offer much in the way of food or entertainment. Most of the restaurants we had researched prior to our visit were no longer open for...

We visited in April and the pool was freezing. If the pool is what your going for, i would visit in warm weather months and the pool would be great for swimming. "I rented this property in order to attend Kool April Nights. I towed a car on a trailer, and saw that this property had a large driveway that would accommodate that. The home was nicely updated with a 2x2 setup. The second bedroom was downstairs, which gave a nice privacy affect with the other couple that came along. The property manager (owner I believe) was very responsive and kept me up to date with everything I needed."

"Great location, close to Shasta and there is a tiny entrance to Lake to swim. 110v for car charging. 3 car parking. A platform to play pickle ball. Friendly neighbors. Easy reach to freeway, gas and groceries. Overall enjoyed the stay. Kids had good time."
