"We loved the location of this home. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard is very private and fully fenced. Nice patio with table and chairs and propane fire pit with nice benches. The house had everything we needed. Very spacious and clean. The towels and bedding were top notch. Communication with the host was great. Very quick to respond and text all the information you need for check in and check out. We travel to Redding often for work and will stay here again if available."

"The house was very clean. It has a large kitchen, living room and both bedrooms were of a good size. The beds were very comfortable. When we visited it was in July with temps in the high 90's to low 100's. There were AC units in the kitchen, which cooled the entire front of the house, i.e. kitchen and living room. Each bedroom had their own AC unit plus ceiling fan. We would cool the rooms down with the AC, then turn them off and sleep with the ceiling fans on. That worked well for us. The...
