Couch was badly stained, sheets were stained. Due for an update but was a good sized room. All ice makers were down while I was there. Had room to park my truck and trailer. Pool looked nice. Lobby was nice.

Pretty dingey la quinta by even la quinta standards. Smelled somewhere btwn urine, cigs, and weed depending on time of day. Sketchy stains everywhere. Open drug dealing in parking lot, had no hot water for 3/5 days i was there, and only had decaf the 2 days i went to breakfast. Pretty janky, but also pretty cheap. Id avoid unless you're looking to score fentanyl in a parking lot.

The staff at the front desk were great! The room was spacious. Seemed clean. However, the remote batteries were dead for the TV. The shower curtain did not hang correctly because the shower rod was coming out of the wall. Carpet was coming up from the corners and the blackout curtains had holes. Very limited empties.

We stayed here one night on the way from Seattle to LA. Got 2 rooms because of my group size. I opened one room and there were already people in it. So the front desk switched us to another room. The whole hotel is in a bad state of disrepair. One of our rooms had no smoke detector ad the door wouldn't close unless you slammed it hard. The other room had the thermostat ripped half out of the wall and no shower curtain. The whole hotel was in a bad state of disrepair. There was no working ice machine on all 3 floors on our wing of the hotel. It needed new paint and the hallway carpets were badly stained. The saving grace was that the staff was nice and the free breakfast was okay. I expected more from La Quinta.
