Relaxing Getaway on Peaceful Lake Clay- Pool, Patio, Lake

You are steps away from a relaxing getaway on peaceful Lake Clay. This is a fully equipped, two-bedroom, two-bathroom house. There are two living areas, two dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a partial kitchen, and a coffee bar. There are plenty of pantry items and cleaning supplies. There is also a washer and dryer located in the garage. Many amenities will be included for your enjoyment. The house is located on the lake with private dock and two boat houses. There is also a pool and patio with screen enclosure and a new gas BBQ grill. There is ample seating to enjoy the lakeside sunsets after a day of fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool.
The home has central A/C and multiple fans throughout the house. The bedrooms contain one king bed and one queen bed. One bathroom has a soaking tub. The other bathroom has a walk-in shower and handicap toilet if needed. There is cable TV in living room and one bedroom. TV in living room has Roku with access to Netflix, Hulu, and free WiFi.
Quick and easy access to convenience stores, Publix, small-town shopping, excellent restaurants, and 25 minutes from Sebring International Raceway.

Wonderful House!

We came to lake placid to visit family Home was immaculate and the best stocked home/VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Owners were so kind and let us stay another night since our flight home was cancelled. I highly recommend this listing and we’ll be back for another stay

Lakeside gem
We loved our stay. The house is adorable and the view is fantastic. Neighborhood is very quiet. House had everything we needed and much more. Beds were very comfortable and rooms had plenty of space for us. I highly recommend this place. We look forward to returning in the future!

Peaceful and relaxing
This was our first trip to Florida since retiring. We wanted a couple weeks out of the frigid Midwest winter. We also wanted something centrally located for two reasons: Lower cost golf and dining (✔️), and a base as we explored locations on both coasts. Katheryn was great at responding to our questions. It’s a beautiful and spacious house, which I suspect has been in the family for years, giving it a truly warm, cozy feeling.

Serene Lake Placid
This lake home is absolutely beautiful. The entire booking process was seamless. Kathryn was most helpful from booking to arrival. She and her husband were a phone call away if we needed anything. There was no need to call because this home offers everything you could possibly need. The view of the Lake Placid Tower at night was so pretty. The birds were plentiful and really enjoyable to watch. The serenity this lakeside home offers is like no other. We definitely will return here for a longer stay. Thank you Kathryn for sharing this beautiful sanctuary with us. We had a wonderful time.
