"The hotel is so beautiful. All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. At checkin, Ben greeted us immediately with a smile. The next morning we enjoyed sitting in the lobby drinking coffee and chatting with the weekend desk clerk, I think her name was Soe. She too was wonderful. We enjoyed our entire stay and are planning to rerun."

"We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. The location is perfect for walking into town or jumping on the ferry to San Francisco. It’s always quiet and comfortable. The only slight complaint with this recent trip is that the bed was not very comfortable, but we still had a good night sleep. This is our go to, quick, getaway for the night."
