This resort style Spanish home is nestled on almost an acre in the Muirlands area of La Jolla.
Take a short walk or drive, and find yourself at Windansea Beach or the Village. This home has everything you need for a great gathering of friends and family, including a large living room, additional family room, and a newly constructed pool & hot tub to relax in. Enjoy the beautiful details inside with custom quartz stone flooring, thermador kitchen appliances, and an entry level master bedroom that opens up to a peaceful garden and much more.

*PLEASE NOTE ALL WEEKEND STAYS ARE 3 NIGHT MINIMUM $1,500.00 PER NIGHT EXCEPT DURING HIGH SEASON WHEN RATES ARE HIGHER.

*Weekend bookings: For 3 night weekend stays it is $1,500 per night whether it is Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday (not including high season which has higher rates).

With a formal living room, formal dining room, 2 family rooms (one with additional queen bed), and breakfast bar there is plenty of space for the whole family. For additional comfort, enjoy the spacious bunk beds, with each bed being full sized.

The kitchen features quality custom made cabinetry with a one of a kind large granite slab island. Thermador gas cook top range, double oven and warmer, as well as a sunny breakfast area that opens up to a large & luscious back yard & pool. Spanish Cedar trim windows and french doors leads you to a paradise retreat to spend time with family and friends.

The exterior of the home has beautiful landscaping with garden terraces that offer an abundance of opportunities for entertaining in a gorgeous outdoor setting. The heated spa, outdoor bath, shower and barbecue area offer hours of fun and entertainment. Did we mention the sport court at the top terrace with a basketball hoop? There is also a ping pong table right out of the kitchen in the backyard for hours of fun.

The spacious home provides 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms.
2 of the 6 bedrooms are exterior bedrooms (Bedrooms 5 & 6), which make them only accessible from outside. One has a twin bed with a connected bathroom, and the other with a California King and an interior day bed. One of the 6 full bathrooms is conveniently located near the pool.


Pool heating is $150 per day. If you would like the pool pre heated we charge a fee of $200 dollars. If you would like the pool heated over 82 degrees there is a charge of $250 per day up to 88 degrees maximum. Please let us know ahead of time so we can alter your reservation.

Parties/Events of any kind are not permitted.
Failure to comply will result in being asked to vacate the home immediately with no refund.
"Our space is located near a port city. Though we treat the exterior to keep out pests including insects and mice, this is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife. "
Guests have access to entire home, apart from the garage.

During holiday season (Christmas, Hannukah, New Years, etc.), there is a one week minimum (7 nights).

"My family and I really enjoyed our time at this place for a long weekend staycation. We had 7 kids and they had an absolute blast playing in the pool throughout the day (it was a huge plus that it was heated too) as well as playing with the ping pong table and basketball hoop. The house is on the older side, but it has everything you need and is quite spacious. Each of the 4 bedrooms in the house has a bathroom which is nice (1 of the bedrooms has 2 bunk beds which the kids loved), and then there are 2 washers and 2 dryers for everyone to use. There is 1 room that is accessible from the backyard which is nice but no bathroom, and then another very small room accessible from the backyard with a single bed and a bathroom that we ended up not using. "Came to La Jolla for a bachelor party trip with 12 guys, the place was incredible and so much fun! It was close to all the restaurants and show in La Jolla, very convenient to the airport, and an easy Uber/Lyft to the gas lamp. The host was goes above and beyond and was super helpful with any request that we had. No complaints whatsoever. The pool is massive and the spa is such a wonderful feature. Enjoy Windansea beach or shopping and dining at the village within steps. For the kids, check out San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Legoland. By far one of the easiest and most rewarding hikes you can do in Southern California is the plethora of trails at the Torrey Pines State Reserve in La Jolla (or skip the hike and just hang out at this beautiful beach!). Other attractions include La Jolla Cove, Balboa Park, and The Shops at UTC (the best shopping!).

The home is 1.5 miles away from Windansea beach, one of La Jolla’s most popular and beautiful beaches.
Drive, and arrive within a few minutes, or enjoy a leisurely 25-35 minute walk.

How close is the home to the village in La Jolla?
The village in La Jolla is about 1.5 - 2 miles away, a 5 minute drive or a 25-35 minute walk, depending on where you choose to go. For amazing coffee and pastries, check out il Giardino di Lili. Breakfast dining options include Parakeet cafe, The Cottage, Sugar & Scribe, and more. For dinner, our favorites are Duke’s La Jolla & Eddie V’s. Book ahead during sunset hour for the best dinner views!

How long does it take to drive from San Diego International Airport?
It should take about 20 minutes to drive to/from the airport.

How close is the home to SeaWorld?
SeaWorld is about 6.5 miles away, only an 18 minute drive.

Legoland is about 27 miles away, a 35 minute drive.
