« The host was great!! He responded quickly to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and the kids had fun inside and out. Most things were good, but the bunk room had some problems. Our daughter said, “ the Bunk room bathroom shower leaks SO much. The glass does not create a seal and the water leaks through so much, soaking the rug and floor”Some of the doors in the house were squeaky.The pool & hot tub were not very clean & there was some repair needed. »

« Location is great - right on the water and walkable to everything. Amenities and furnishings are very sparse; less furnishings than shown in pictures. Limited kitchen items; no coffee pods for Keurig, no salt & pepper or any other kitchen items that you’d expect in a vrbo. Sheets and towels low quality; not luxurious by any means. Rented in December so a bit chilly and no rugs in unit for warmth. No thermostat or HVAC. Two small wall heaters. Parking is tough at the beach so was a hassle every...

« Shared patio with next door unit. The gate keypad lock for the front gate didn't work so it was just open the whole time. Not very safe. Didn't have the right code to get in the unit so called to figure out after the laundry lady let us in. The lady who called really didn't care about my concerns that we were using a code to our unit that others had and when i tried to get a word in was told i was being loud which I wasn't then was told it was my tone so she just wanted to be right. "En arrivant on est tout de suite agréablement, surpris par la décoration des chambres qui est très belle et moderne. La vue est également très belle dans les étages élevés puisqu’on voit la mer et les jardins. Le gros problème de cet hôtel et qu’il n’est absolument pas insonorisé. Si vous êtes sur le côté gauche de l’hôtel, lorsque vous regardez la mer, vous donnez sur une route à huit voies extrêmement bruyante avec un carrefour et des démarrages de moto et de voitures toute la journée et toute la nui - le deuxième problème est que les chambres les plus belle à l’avant-dernier étage qui se trouve juste sous le restaurant. Et comme l’hôtel n est absolument pas insonorisé, vous entendez toute la journée et jusqu’à tard dans la soirée, les tables, les chaises qui sont tirées comme si vous étiez dans la salle. Le Personnel a été très gentil puisqu’il nous a changé de chambre deux fois mais au final il est très compliqué de conjuguer à la fois une belle vue et le silence dans cet hôtel qui mérite d’être rénové aux normes acoustiques - les ascenseurs sont vétustes et le personnel de chambre, partage avec vous ces ascenseurs sans se soucier de votre présence. La catégorie de l’hôtel ne correspond pas aux prestations. À noter que le quartier est tout de même magnifique. Je n’y retournerai pas tant que les travaux ne seront pas faits étant donné qu’un hôtel doit servir avant toi à dormir et que le bruit est tellement important dans cet hôtel que cela est impossible."
