"Everything about our stay was perfect. The location. The rooms, the kitchen, the view! It was just a beautiful home. The bunk beds allowed for my 3 teens to share a room but not share a bed. The closeness to the beach allowed for easy access back and forth to the beach. Loved that it was so close to all the restaurants and shops. I would stay here again f we came back to san diego. The owner has a great manual for any questions/ recommendations for places to go. But really I would just recommend...

"Really nice place on Mission Bay. Peaceful and quiet mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise. Lots of water activity (sailboats, kayaks, paddle boarders) throughout the day. Close to great restaurants, coffee, bars, the beach. The townhouse is nicely appointed and well stocked. Two parking spots were key. Never needed to move the car, everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!"

"My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay and found the apartment very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped from cutlery to bowls and pans. The bathroom was spotless and the shampoo and soap was not bargain basement products. Although we didn’t need the beach toys/chair, they appeared to be in great condition. There was even sunscreen in the closet. The building is very secure so be sure to keep track for the keys!"

It was cold for half of our stay but we enjoyed sitting on the couch, gazing at the water, and watching all the activity (surfers, skaters/bikers, people, and dogs) coming & going to the beach when we were at ‘home’.
