"I believe this property has been bought recently. I have stayed here easily half a dozen times before now and this time things were “different”. Check in was a mess. They wanted me to use a kiosk instead of being helped by the attendant at the counter. The kiosk check in was a mess and she had to end up helping me otherwise. She… wasn’t the friendliest person and seemed to resent the fact the kiosk wouldn’t work and that she needed to help me. We had some issues with our room like one of the toilets being loose and floors that left your feet/socks black. With that being said, it’s still of an exceptional value and I’ll consider it again when I have a larger party in that area."

"The room has a muggy smell. It went away after we turned the fan on in the room. The brown blankets are very rough and of low quality. May be good idea to change them to a cozy comforter. We loved the cookies and the staff are good, specially Kim"

"Modern hotel with more than enough amenities for everyone. We arrived early and even though our room was not ready we were able to use the pool while we we waited. Only problem was without a room key we were stuck in the lazy river area because you need a keycard to exit in order to use rest rooms or access the bar area. We had to go all the way at around the hotel on the outside in order to get back into the hotel. That was only a temporary problem until we had our room key. Loved having a full kitchen and laundry machine inside our room. Would love to stay again. "
