Our Sunset Chill Vibes suite is the epitome of luxury featuring a 12inch memory foam king bed with a plush leather headboard to relax against while watching your favorite streaming program on the 65- inch TV. Guests also have access to a full- size shower/tub combo, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Our sunset and chill king suite is a retreat. After a long day have a glass of wine and unwind on the patio and enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the lake. This king suite also features a king-size 12 inch memory foam bed with usb ports on bedside lamps. Private access to a fully equipped bathroom with premium towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. We also have a bluetooth speaker in the bathroom to stream your favorite jams while having a relaxing shower, change LED lights to match your mood. Relax and unwind with your favorite streaming services on the 65 inch smart TVs in either the bedroom or living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including pots, a knife set and a Keurig coffee maker to start your day with a fresh cup of coffee. We also have as assortment of teas. Cozy up on the comfortable luxury furniture and watch your favorite movies on the 65 inch smart TV. There are three beds in total for a small family or small group of friends. A luxurious plush king bed in bedroom and a full size sofa bed in living along with a single bed that extends out from arm chair. Really clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Small touches like water in the fridge, shampoo, conditioner were so welcome. All the crockery, glassware and cutlery you need were provided.Location was brilliant and it was on a really nice gated community. Lovely balcony outside the front door with a beautiful sunset view.Only two small things, not complaints, just tips for future visitors. There is a really bright light outside of the bedroom window that you can't turn off, so make sure you take an eye mask if you need to sleep in the dark. It was the first time I arrived at a property and had to wait almost a half an hour for the check in instructions. When I did recieve it the key code on the smart lock was not enabled. Was struggling with my two toddlers in tow for about another 30 mins with the key code they provided which was not working due to it being disabled. Had to reach out again and once they enabled the code then we were able to get it. I arrived at 255 pm for a check in that said 3pm. Due to me waiting for check in instructions that wasn’t received on time and then the codes not being enabled at our arrival we weren’t able to get in to the door until 4:45pm. This was unacceptable and unfortunately tainted this place for us. The place itself is nice although my toddlers kept pointing out to me that their feet were extremely black after only walking around inside for an hour. We did end up having a nice stay the bed is extremely comfy and the amenities are nice my kids used the playground but we didn’t make it to the pool. It’s conveniently located near Disney Magic Kingdom. Nice stay but due to the terrible check in process and black feet would not stay here again. ##### Brittany H. Cons - Did not respond when I asked to check out 30mins to an hour later, weeks before arrival and then sent another follow up morning of, and still no response so we quickly made our way out of the place. The location wasn't ideal for me, mainly due to the traffic - took 20 mins to drive less than 3 miles away and the area wasn't the safest looking area either. I slept on the futon, but there wasn't an extra blanket to use...only 1 sheet and some throws. I ended up wrapping myself up like a burrito with the sheet. The AC is loud and I found myself waking up everytime the AC turned on. Overall it was just ok and we only stayed a night (which made it tolerable), but I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 people max. Obviously the place is a good fit for many, but for me, it wasn't the best experience. ##### Chu K. Only thing was that window in the bedroom needed blackout curtains, getting in the gate could take a few minutes depending on cars in front of you and an extra blanket would have been nice especially if someone was sleeping on couch. Recommend replacing the mattress and cover. We were notified of construction 1 hour before we arrived which woke us up 8am every morning. This is something that we should have been notified of when we made the reservation as this would have been a factor in our decision to rent the property.The Fire Alarm Box on first floor kept alarming for the first 4 days. Gym does not have disinfectant wipes to wipe down gym equipment to prevent staph infections. ##### Thomas M. The place is even nicer than the pictures capture. Like previous reviews, the bed is quite comfortable. I really enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub as well. Very easy location to shopping, Disney, and Seaworld. Property was as described. We never had issues parking, always lots of parking spots open. There is a lake view from the unit, which we were excited to see alligators swimming! (Don't worry, there is a fence). Very comfy bed. The kitchen was stocked with necessary dishes/pots/utensils for us to make a meal. My only complaint was that we could not get the bath tub to plug for my daughter to take a bath. However, Walmart was just a 10 minute drive, and we just bought a plug to use for a few bucks. We did not use the pool, but my daughter enjoyed the playground which was near the unit. ##### Gina C. The overall process of entering the property was not explained well. We had to stop in the main property office as we could not initially get in. He explained about putting our drivers license in the scanner for initial entry as hang tag and pass are located in the condo. We still to this day do not know which one of the items caused the gate to open (hang tag or pass key).We truly enjoyed our stay and the condo amenities and beauty. Secondly, a lot of reviews I read said that it was a quiet relaxing place.
