"I made the mistake of checking into the Hyatt in Braintree,Ma and decided to go check into the Residence Inn by Marriott which was practically next door to the Hyatt. The Residence Inn by Marriott had a great selection of breakfast options,so much to choose from including either chocolate or regular Belgian waffles that you can make using one of the three waffle makers available. The room was clean and had a full size refrigerator,stove top,microwave, glassware,plates and silverware. There was also a little area that you can purchase snacks,beverages and even a couple of choices of frozen dinners to choose from. I will definitely be checking in here again the next time that I travel to Massachusetts . "

"Lobby locked and snow blocking walkways so you COULD NOT get out of the place for an early morning coffee. NO ONE WOULD RESPOND TO THE DOOR BELL MORNINGS TO EXIT THROUGH THE LOBBY!! No coffee in the lobby so you had to leave the hotel....no coffee machine in the room!! Basically you were trapped and even banging on the lobby door DID NOT GET SOMEONE TO LET YOU IN, OR OUT!!! That is a dangerous situation!!!"

"The lobby, hallways, parking and all areas we were in were clean and well maintained. The room was clean and updated. The couch was uncomfortable, exactly as every other couch in every comparable hotel. However, the beds were probably the best we’ve ever encountered. Soft and comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens. It was actually too high for me personally, only due to my stature, but once I got in it I was snug as a bug. The breakfast on both mornings we stayed was well supplied and filling. Plenty of coffee, tea and juice beverages and hot egg and meat meal options including pastries, breads, cereals, fruit and yogurts. A large selection of condiments and extras, I can’t imagine anyone would leave hungry. Any staff we interacted with was polite, friendly and professional. One thing that really stood out to me, there was plenty of staff coming in during the morning. This is reassuring to see and corresponds with the cleanliness of the property. I cannot rate the wifi or pool area as we did not use either. We are already planning a summer visit to the Boston area and will definitely be staying here. "
