Aloha and welcome to the Hale Anna, Maui. The Hale Anna is a beautiful, private home located across a quiet street from miles of sandy beach. This home is a legal Grandfathered vacation rental with Maui County Department of Planning. The main living accommodations are on the upper floor of a two story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala. This residence contains a three bedroom home and swimming pool. The home will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (including children).

The house has 3 bedrooms. The master contains a standard king bed, the second a California king bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 twin size beds. The main living area is open and contains a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room. Large decks face the ocean and Haleakala, plus contain an outdoor eating area with stainless BBQ. You can watch the sun both rise and set. AC is installed in the main living area (which includes the third bedroom) and 2 back bedrooms.

There is an amazing private pool and deck. There is ample seating and lounge chairs. The deck has been finished with beautiful TREX decking.

The home is located in a residential neighborhood. This property is perfect for families. The quiet hours on Maui County are from 9pm - 8am, this home is not a party home but perfect for families.

-Maximum occupancy is 6 guests (including children).

-QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM-8AM (POOL HOURS 9AM-8PM): The Hale Anna is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and guests must be aware and respectful of neighboring properties at all times. Noise carries at night and although guests are on vacation, our neighbors are not. Please be sure that ALL the members of your group are aware of the quiet hours and will be able to comply BEFORE booking this property.

Truly magical!
If you are scrolling through homes and wondering where in Maui to stay and which home to choose…I would definitely recommend you stop now and book Amber and Jeremy’s place if it’s available. The location in Kihei is just perfect - there’s so much you can walk to (including Nalu’s, which has live music and my vote for best poke bowl, and trust me - I did the work). But having the water views and the beach right across the road is amazing. We would walk over to watch the sunset, and were treated to getting to watch literally 2 dozen sea turtles make their way out of the water onto the sand under a starry sky. The neighborhood is so green and lush and the property is beautifully landscaped. And the POOL! My kids spent hours in and around this gorgeous area. The house is sparkling clean, spacious, and full of light. It’s even better than the photos - high quality appliances, beautiful finishes, and modern spaces. Amber and Jeremy have thought of absolutely everything and make it so, so easy. The house has everything you need and a lot you didn’t know you needed but actually did! The only downside of this home is having to leave. If we are lucky enough to visit beautiful Maui again one day, I would 100% want to stay here.

Lovely location and perfect for families
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It has everything. Very clean and location is ideal. Short walks to close restaurants and parks. We found drives to North, South, West, and Central Maui appropriate and not too long. Beautiful yard and pool. Jeremy and Amber were great host. We enjoyed sunsets on the balcony every evening. We highly recommend and will return in future.

The perfect place to stay!
We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spacious and comfortable - perfect for our family of 5. There are gorgeous views from the front (where you can see and hear the ocean!) and the back (where you can enjoy sunrises over the mountain). The beach is even closer than I had realized, and we loved walking there every evening to watch the sunset and the turtles that come to shore. The pool area is beautiful as well. All in all, this was the perfect place for our family’s Maui vacation!

A Slice of Paradise!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Kihei home. There were views from every window—Haleakala (out back), corridor views of the ocean (in front) and tropical plants from all other windows. The beach was a super short walk down the road and it was a great place to spot turtles during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. The place was immaculate, and Amber was super responsive. I’d definitely stay again.

YOU WON'T REGRET STAYING HERE!!!
All I can say is WOW!!! Top notch, high quality property that is better than the photos. Comfy beds, endless amenities for the kitchen and bathrooms (LOTS of QUALITY towels & mugs), ample storage for you to feel at home, great water pressure in the shower, wonderful BBQ, the pool area is beyond your wildest dreams, and it takes less than 3 minutes to walk to a beautiful sand beach. I recommend going there for Sunset every day to watch the families of turtles come us to the beach. So cool!!! Amber is an excellent host with prompt responses. You feel like you're in a private home and you wouldn't even know there is a family under you!!! Loved by all. Had myself and my 2 boys (1 and 3 year old), my parents (in their 60s), and my sister (mid 30s). If you have the chance to book this property, I can assure you that you won't regret it.

Wonderful Vacay Getaway
Staying at this vacation rental was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly gracious and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn't have been better – it was ideal and central to all the major activities on the island, allowing us to explore with ease. The rental itself was clean and just the right size for our family of three, providing a cozy and comfortable space for our stay. Vacationed with our two kids and my father. Absolutely amazing place to stay. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one takes the cake by far. You’re lucky to rent it if you get the chance. Well stocked, clean, close to everything including beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Phenomenal hosts, private and beautiful setting, pool was amazing and the beach walks were beautiful. Another amazing vacation…
This was our second stay at the Hale Anna, and it certainly won’t be our last. Once again, the property was perfect. During this stay, another couple joined us, and the house offered plenty of room for our group of four adults. You can’t beat the location and the amenities. The pool is fantastic and completely private. The beach is great, especially during sunset. It was so nice having beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas available for use during the days that we spent exploring other parts of the island. Amber and Jeremy are great hosts, and it’s nice to have them close by for help/recommendations, etc. We look forward to booking this property again sometime soon. Highly recommended!

Best Location for a Family
We were delightfully surprised with this place, how clean and new it all was, and how convenient the location is. We have a teenager, middle schoolers and a toddler. There are so many beaches within a 15 minute drive that can cater to all of their beach styles, big waves for body surfing, calm beaches for the little one and ones in the middle which worked great for everyone. Right across the street is a beach with amazing turtle watching and best sunsets on Maui. Thank you to Amber and Jeremy for hosting such a lifetime of a vacation for us.

So lovely! The property is immaculate, the pool area picture perfect. A beautiful beach right across the street, perfect for sunsets. Super close to an awesome restaurant, shops and outdoor market! Beds were cozy, house was well stocked. Plenty of towels for our family of 5. Basically every detail has been well thought out. If you are lucky enough to book this rental, do it. We are pretty particular, and this home exceeded expectations.

Everything you want and more
This was a vacation of a lifetime for us and I desperately wanted everything to be perfect. I looked at so many housing options and I can tell you that you can stop looking now, this is perfection. The home is immaculate and even better than pictured. The pool is beautiful and well maintained and gives you privacy that you won’t find at a condo or hotel. Amber and Jeremy are on site to help but not at all intrusive. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys. As others have said, the kitchen is well stocked! The beach across the street is amazing to watch the sun set though it is very rocky so be sure to bring water shoes if you plan on using it as a swimming spot. Absolutely recommend!

The Hale Anna house was just perfect for our family of 5. The house was well stocked with everything we needed & more. I wasn’t sure how much we’d use the pool but we found ourselves spending quite a few late afternoons in it. We were very happy during our stay! Family of 6 trip of a lifetime!
What can I say about this incredible property and hosts?! The home is literally equipped as if it is your very own home. The kitchen has everything you could want/need to cook, grill, drink coffee in the AM and mix up Pina Colada's in PMs. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the entire property is IMMACULATE, inside and out. The private pool was an amazing bonus that few other properties offer. The grounds were lush and well kept. And Kihei is close enough to Wailea and Lahaina so you can go shop, eat and beach hop but quiet enough to not feel crowded The hosts Amber & Jeremy were friendly and offered great suggestions but also provide privacy that makes the home feel as if you are the only ones there. We would recommend this property to anyone and will definitely book this again if we return to Maui. Thank you Amber & Jeremy!

Wonderful vacation home
Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house. my husband and I brought our teen boys and my mom. Easy process the whole way through. The house was supplied with everything we needed. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler for the beach. Private pool was amazing. Amber and Jeremy were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely use this house again!

Fantastic Vacation Property
My wife and I stayed at Hale Anna for our honeymoon. The location is ideal, with a beautiful beach across the street and shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also, while it might be raining on other areas of Maui, this particular location is almost always sunny and dry. The pool was fantastic. Both the pool and the house offer complete privacy, which we enjoyed. The hosts Amber and Jeremy were great, and it was nice having them nearby and available for any questions/recommendations. This property was exactly what we were looking for. We have no complaints, and we look forward to visiting again sometime soon. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely beautiful property. The hosts have thought of everything you could need for a great stay. The private pool is exceptional and the house is immaculate. We were 5 adults staying and we all had lots of room. Beds were super comfortable. Location was great we walked across the street to the beach on our first day and saw three huge turtles just hanging on the beach. It was breathtaking. Within walking distance to grocery and some great restaurants. Hosts Amber and Jeremy were always helpful and there if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Rental
It is really difficult to summarize what this trip & stay meant to us. This trip was in the works for over two years. Originally we were planning to stay in a resort and then decided to try something more private due to Covid. I am so glad we did! The house was impeccably clean when we arrived. The pictures online really don’t capture how amazing this house is. We were blown away. And the private pool??? Absolutely amazing! The kids had so much fun and it was great not having to worry about sharing it with other people. The beach is very close and easy to walk to. We saw sea turtles every time we went to the beach. The beds in the rental were incredibly comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever slept so well on a trip. And the house is fully equipped with anything you could need. Amber and Jeremy are so welcoming and friendly. If we ever return to Maui, I would love to stay here again. Best. Vacation. Ever.

Well designed, well equipped. Quiet and relaxing with all kitchen equipment and even selection of spices. Nice pool area. Easy beach access for walks and turtle watching. Close to everything but a very quiet street. Especially in covid times when we cooked mostly at home, this place was ideal. Owners very nice. Coming back soon.

Relaxing Maui House
In a great location, very close to all the great Kihei restaurants and shops, and also right across the street from the beach. From seeing turtles sunning on the beach, to kids playing in the pool, to meals in the bright and spacious living area, this rental has it all. If we make it back to Maui, it's the first place I'd check for availability. Mahalo!
