Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was extremely beneficial. And the beds were dreamy. Very comfortable and inviting after a long day. The only down side was with regards to pets. Although the unit itself was very pet friendly, the fenced in yard was not. And the dog park which was a couple of blocks away was in disrepair. (This of no fault of the host.) We did, however, find another off-leash park on the other side of town. Additionally, the host also owns 2 dogs and one of them is very yappy when left unattended. (We love dogs and were able to deal with the situation but it is something to consider). The kitchen is well stocked. the windows and lighting in the kitchen and living room area are nice and bright. The place was everything advertised. Not far from the beach.
