"A very excellent hotel with excellent service. If you get a room that overlooks the bay the room is very large. For people who do not wish to eat at the restaurant which can be a little pricey there is a McDonald’s and a large selection of dining close by. The hotel is very near the cruise port for those taking a cruise. The hotel does not have a shuttle to the cruise port, but they arrange a taxi and the price is approximately six dollars. you could walk to the Chinatown area of Yokohama and approximately 3 to 5 minutes."

"Convenient because the hotel is connected to the airport. Our flight landed in Haneda airport and we walked to the hotel right after we got our bags from the flight. The hotel was clean and they gave us clean towels daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hour convenience store near the hotel entrance and many shops along with restaurants right outside the hotel entrance. You can easily shop and get food whenever you need. There are two subway lines at the airport too so you can take the subway to places around Tokyo. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you :) "

The breakfast was always yummy and filling for the adventures. Room cleaning service did a bang up job of ensuring my room was clean and my belongings were untouched. 10/10 experience!"
