« This is a guest house beside the owner's place. The room was clean and spacious and the weather at the end of March was so comfortable that we didn't have to switch on the AC at night. However, it did get very hot in the day so we opened the windows to let the hot air out. Also, a few very cute and friendly cats also live on the property. Loved the place! »

« Great little house next to the owner's house. Not a lot of space but cozy. Owner is easy to reach and answers questions quickly. Warm welcome. However the location is not that convenient as it is a good 25 min from Hilo, and the roosters and dogs of the neighborhood are very noisy at night... »

« Think of it as luxury camping and you'll be happy. If your idea of comfort is umbrella drinks by the pool, you will not. Personally, I loved it. But it's not for everyone.
This is a rustic cabin in the jungle. 4.5 miles off the main road, 2.2 miles of it is dirt (well maintained, regular cars not a problem). 15 minute drive to nearest civilization (the part of the description being in the middle of a historic town is inaccurate - it's 7 miles outside a historic town). « A mon arrivée j'avais précisé que la note avait été réglée, pour payer les éventuels repas ou petits déjeuners, j'ai laissé l'empreinte de ma carte de crédit. Le lendemain de mon arrivée le montant du séjour a été à nouveau prélevé. J'ai eu des frais et le montant prélevé n'a pas été totalement remboursé... Très désagréable d'autant plus que le budget est à respecter.
Difficile à trouver peu d'indications, faut avoir un gps et encore !!!! »
