"Cabins are in a great location about 50 meters from the Santa Ana Volcano trailhead. Only issues is there was no restaurant or WiFi, There’s a bunch of people that cook food across the street but they close up around 5pm. "
"it was a nice experience the host was amazing and friendly, they also had a restaurant and bar with live music across the street, it was perfect for the evening and highly recommended, we are planning to bring our friends over."
"Property was amazing. Views are what dreams are made of. And the villa where we stay was so beautiful. The only thing was water pressure on the showers wasn’t that good. "
"Excellent service, everything was very good. The girl who attended me, named Noemí, was very attentive. The room had everything it promised, very cozy, everything was easily accessible, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I highly recommend the cabin—excellent service."
"The hosts were very nice, and the property is well maintained. The room was well decorated, clean, and we had access to the kitchen.
Lily, the dog, was very sweet too. "
"Good economical hotel where you can see that most locals stay. While I only stayed two nights, it’s served its purpose. Rooms are a bit dated still average for the stay. "
"the hotel is in a great location, new and modern with a great roof terrace, bar.
It can be a bit noisy due to the location in the evening but as the place is amazing you forget it :-) "
"The panoramic cabin is a basic shed with rudimentary electricity and plumbing. It’s more like camping with an outhouse included. There are gaps in the clapboard siding walls you can see through. "The hotel is stunning. Great architecture. The restaurant is also very nice. CAUTION - Since it's located in a national reserve, you must be in before 8PM. The forest service will close the gate. I arrived at 8:02PM and the gate was closed. Fortunately one side was open so I went through there. Account for the windy and steep roads. Also, the rain. You will be able to leave until the park open up.
After 10PM the front desk closes so you will be dealing with security.
Our room faced the volcano which was amazing. The room are spacious and clean. "
