"We came with a group of friends and had a wonderful time! Riu properties are always clean and well kept! The slides were a blast! Food at all the restaurants was great! Spent most of our time in the pool next to the pool bar pool! Loved that Wilbur came by and made our drinks! He was great! The beach and ocean were great! Soft sand and the water wasn't crazy, just nice to hang out in!!"

One of the highlights was the service—everyone was friendly and accommodating, but Eric at La Dunas Beach House stood out as the best server we encountered. He was attentive, professional, and made every meal feel special. The rooms were cleaned twice a day, which was a nice touch and really kept things feeling fresh and comfortable. We also appreciated the no-reservations dining concept in theory—it encourages flexibility—but in practice, it meant long wait times. On more than one occasion, we waited an hour or more to be seated, which was frustrating when we were just ready to eat. Overall, a great experience with just a small hiccup around the dining logistics."
