"I loved that this property (one of the oldest buildings in Callander) is run by a youth co-op helping locals. What a fantastic initiative. But what this means is that you don't have access to anyone during your stay. The email before arrival was easy - building and room access info. Our only suggestions are PLEASE fix the extraction system in the kitchen. The entire downstairs stinks. Please provide paper towel in the kitchen and please add parking info (around the back) to arrival info....

"Highly recommend. Great room with comfy bed and shower was hot! Very friendly staff, on site restaurant did some really great Scottish beef and mash. All in all a great place to stay."

"It was comfortable and clean. Big space for a large party. Beds were good with fresh white bedding. Large rooms. Lovely old original features. Breath taking views. Quiet places to walk. Plenty to do in the area. I would recommend. Some updating perhaps on bathrooms. But still doable. We will visit again "
