We thought the lady who greeted us at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and how the property had been updated. Overall, we were very happy. Unfortunately there are not many restaurants etc within walking distance.

This was my first solo trip so I was nervous staying at a hotel alone.
No need to worry here, the check in was fast and friendly, the accommodations were great, comfy bed and pillows.
The hotel is very clean and smells great.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and hallways were clean and well maintained. The pool was clean, inviting, and a great place to relax and swim.
The gym was also clean and well equipped with enough equipment for a good workout. I especially enjoyed the excellent variety of breakfast options, which offered something for everyone.
The only surprise was that parking was not included in the room rate. It would be much better if parking were...

We were delighted to learn that the hotel was so near a subway station. This enabled us to cover more grounds and we were not limited by distance. Our room was clean and we loved the brand of shampoo and soap so much that it was worth a mention. The lobby was a very pleasant place to sit or have a coffee at the bar if we were waiting to be picked up.
