"When we checked in we were told that the water was going to be off from 10pm until 7am. We could cancel our reservation at no cost. We choice to stay as we didn’t feel this would be an issue. The water didn’t come back on until 10am. We checked out at 1030am and was advised there would be no charge for our stay. We will definitely stay again at any of their properties as we were treated more than fair without any discussion needed. It’s refreshing in today’s society to see that the customer can still be treated fairly. Thank you for making things right without any issues."

"Great location near a fun neighborhood with lots of great shops, eating options and the stadiums all within a short walk. Staff was all extremely helpful and friendly (the most of the 4 hotels we stayed in over a week). The room smelled a bit upon arrival but aired out. Elevator was quick. Would definitely use again!"

"As this property is located on the Cleveland Clinic campus, the staff is well versed in dealing with patients and their families. They are unfailingly helpful and kind. Many options for meals and beverage service. The hotel is a short walk to many of the CC buildings, and there is a CC shuttle service. We will stay here again in the coming weeks."
