"The hotel condition was OK. The reception desk was helpful. Housekeeping was TERRIBLE. Towels were removed daily but not replaced without repeated requests. Toilet paper was in short supply. Continental breakfast was not fresh/ no cereal just bagels. Rooms cleaned only 2x per week!!"
