« Hated writing this one. Were huge on not caring too much about overall condition and usually go based on price concern with a balance of convenience, quiet and cleanliness. Great place if you can actually get it cheap and just need it a night or two. TONS of stairs, don’t book if you have a bunch of luggage or are by yourself and have several pieces to carry. « The property was located on the iconic Royal Mile, however be advised that the staircase is not very kids friendly as it is a steep climb, the apartment has most of the amenities, however it is dated. There was a smell in the washroom all the time. The host was easy to get a hold of and was cooperative. »

« Good location. Easy walk to dining and transportation. They could leave instructions on how to use washer/dryer but otherwise everything was fine. It is a basement unit and the last night the people above us made a lot noise but that’s not anything the owner can control. Nice size using and close to dining and shopping. It does not have AC - not a complaint but just for information. It would have been nice to have had a fan. »
