"I check in late because I do have a fly delay, a beautiful lady the works in the reception told me she will help me even if I check in late. One night we have very heavy rain, and the roof was leaking all night, the leaking noise wake me up, call reception but hotel crew only help me with some extra towel to cover the water, but they fixed next day. When I check out I told them I will be back."
