"Clean room, staff will not allow you to extend your stay online without either charging an additional $20, or force checkout at 11:00 and check back in at 3:00. STUPID policy for those that are enjoying their stay and want to extend it. Overall one I’ve the best v as lies in Charlotte for NOT extending your stay on-line. Note: There are no bugs and the beds are comfortable. "

"The room was very clean. Staff were wonderful and the free breakfast was delicious. Close to the airport and the free shuttle to and from the airport was convenient."

"What “stood” out once I checked in and went to the room. The smell in the room was horrible once I went inside. It smelled like “smelly, stinky” feet, but my husband said the smell was more of “poop” in his opinion. I went back to the front desk to notify them, because there was no way I could stay and sleep in a room with that type of smell. She addressed my concerns, apologized and switched me to a different room. Then the front desk lady, Kim called the room to check if everything was fine after the moving to place. I thought that was very kind of her. "

"The staff was super nice, the lobby was open and spacious, there were plenty of places to sit, there is a coffee bar available. The little store had self checkout making things easy. My room was great, however the balcony wasn’t very inviting. The chairs were too short to see over the actual balcony. "

Example: Me and my wife room was not ready when we arrived from Fayetteville nc . The front desk immediately upgraded our room to Executive Suite. We will always stay at the Hilton staff "
