I stay at this location weekly. They are always kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. There are several great restaurants within walking distance as well as a Quick Trip store. The area is nice but busy at times but, getting in and out is never a problem or aggravating.

Newly remodeled. Breakfast pretty decent day one including tasty biscuits and gravy, day two no biscuits and gravy and nothing to replace it. Site could use a little more attention to detail. For example, one elevator was down and the one that worked had a bandaid that someone had peeled of stuck to the floor for both days we were there. But generally a nice property and a good value. Would stay there again.

They put us on the 5th floor with no working elevator!!! we noticed two guys smoking weed in the hotel. The breakfast area and food were excellent. Its obvious recent renovations were made but a lot of short cuts were taken in the process. Don't just paint over a water damaged door people! The hotel is close enough to Charlotte to arrive within minutes.

We have frequented this location for the past several years. It has always been a great experience. This trip was a different story. The cleaning crews are not propey cleaning the rooms. There was a bottle with what appeared to be chewing tobacco, and spit in it left under the bed that had a foul odor. Old candy was found behind the TV, and drink lids were left on the window sill beside the air conditioner with sticky residue beside it. The room had a musty odor that seemed to come from the air conditioner. There was no attention paid to detail when the room was "cleaned". Breakfast, staff, and atmosphere of the hotel were all great. The dirty room left a great deal to be desired.
