"Great communication all the way. The management reached out to me a week prior to my arrival to find out my arrival time then explained their late check-in process. They actually have humans who will answer the phone if you do need to reach them as well. Great customer service. Very clean and beautiful property. Was like being in a dream. I was sad to leave but know where I'll return on the next visit! Mahalo! "
