Our room was clean, but we did have to ask for a few things that were missing from our kitchen, a frying pan, etc. We did not use the pool, since we swam in the ocean, being so near to great beaches, but we did use the hot tub in the evening, which was surprisingly big but just a little too hot for our liking - it was still tolerable.
