Incredible ocean views, quiet, private and relaxing. The perfect place and location to call home during your stay in Maui. Note: Travelers to Hawaii will no longer be required to quarantine for 10 days provided they can provide a Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card or have a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of their flights departure to Hawaii. The Details: Magnificent condominium resort of Maui Kamaole has 34 buildings, and our spacious beautifully remodeled unit is located in the very front of the complex facing the ocean giving you the unobstructed sweeping ocean view and is one of the closest to the beach in the complex. The condo underwent a complete remodel in September 2012\. This unit has been quoted as one of the most beautiful condos in the entire complex of Maui Kamaole. The kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, and high-end stainless steel appliances. Both the master and guest baths have frameless glass shower enclosures with travertine walls. Marbleized porcelain tile throughout the unit and lanais. A spacious master bedroom has a king bed, and there is convertible bed in the living room. Both rooms have large wall-mounted LCD TV's and Blue Ray players. FREE high-speed WIFI internet access is provided for your enjoyment. You are able to see ocean view while you are relaxing on the sofa in the living room as well as when you are on the lanai enjoying breakfast. From our lanai, we have panoramic ocean views spanning from the crescent island of Molokini, to the islands of Lanai, Molokai, Kahoolawe, and to the West Maui mountains. You'll enjoy stunning sunsets in a beautiful setting while sipping your favorite tropical beverage. During the winter months, watch whales while sitting on the lanai. Maui Kamaole Information: South Maui has the best weather in all of Maui. Climate is warm and sunny year around with afternoon trade winds and very little rainfall compared to other areas of Maui which means that it’s like summer with clear blue skies year around. Maui Kamaole resort is one of Kihei's newer first class properties. The Maui Kamaole has been ranked as one of the top three condo complexes in the South Kihei / Wailea area. It is located in South Kihei, right on the border of Wailea's beautiful resorts (Four Seasons, Grand Wailea), world class shopping (such as Tiffany’s, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Coach), restaurants (Spago, Ruth Chris, Sarrento’s on the Beach, Linage, Joe’s Bar and Grill, Maui Taco, Longi’s, Café O’Lei, Sansei Sushi, and many more), movie theaters, championship golf, and the best beaches in Maui including Ulua Beach which is named one of the top 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in America. No wonder Oprah Winfrey has vacation home here. Our condo is directly across from the popular Kamaole Beach and Park. Kamaole Beach is a white sandy beach with crystal clear blue water with excellent swimming, snorkeling, and has a grassy area for picnicking. It is only a 2 minute walk from our condo. The Kamaole Beach is kid-friendly most of the year as the surf doesn’t usually get too rough. From this beach, you can stroll over to Keawakapu Beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Hawaii. You can walk this breathtaking stretch of beach to the resorts of Wailea, one of our favorite morning activities. Another beautiful beach is Wailea Beach located in front of the Four Seasons Resort, a 5 minute drive from our unit with ample parking. Amenities at Maui Kamaole include tennis courts, two swimming pools, hot tubs, and a barbecue grilling area. RENTAL POLICIES The occupancy is limited to 2 guests. We require a six-night minimum stay (Unless Remnant Nights Are Available) and offer a 10% discount for periods of 28 days or longer. Smoking or pets are not allowed in the unit or on the lanais. To make a reservation, at the time of booking, we require an initial deposit of 25 % of rental fee plus the VRBO service fee. The balance for your stay is due 60 days in advance of occupancy or immediately if the reservation is made within that time period. It is important to understand our cancellation policy. If a cancellation is received less than 60 days from your arrival date, it may result in forfeiture of most fees. However, if we can re-book the days cancelled, your fees will be returned. NOTE: Due to the current COVID 19 global situation, cancellations will be given full refund if cancelled at least 1 week prior to date of arrival through end of December, 2020\. To recoup the cost of nonrefundable travel expenses, we encourage you to consider purchasing trip-cancellation insurance as listed in the payment section. The check in time is 2:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. This unit has one parking space assigned to it. An additional parking space can be arranged for a slight fee. We have an on island contact who handles the cleaning and any issues that may arise during your stay. The style, the cleanliness, the views, everything and everyone made us feel so at home! Amazing sunset views every night. The bed was so comfortable, and was so nice to have air conditioning both in the bedroom and living room. Everything and more for kitchen utensils. Even had beach towels, chairs, coolers, snorkel gear. I can't say enough good things about this place! Redline Rafting picked us up for snorkeling and that was just across the street. Our favorite beaches are steps away. Our favorite food trucks and restaurants are a 5 min drive. Even the landscaping crew at the condo were so nice. Both pools areas are so nice also, big and spacious. Grill area right outside the door. We loved this place!, actually went and looked at some that were for sale. My wife have been staying here in this area over the last 5 years since covid-19 the Maui Kamaole Resort which we have stayed several times now always enjoyed our stay. Keith place has been the best by far.... can't say enough about the place, less than 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk restaurants, 8 minute drive to Wailea shopping center, golf courses everywhere. The facility is beautiful and amazingly well stocked. The owners were so thoughtful to provide the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear and coolers for the beach. Nice and clean and had everything we needed. Location was excellent and we enjoyed our time there. It was great having the storage on the back lanai to choose the event of the day. Snorkeling, beach chairs umbrella and such. We used the cooler every day to pack up lunch. We cook, grill and make most of our food at home so having the ziplocks and drawer with foil and saran wrap and everything was awesome. Nice we didn't have to get all that for the week. We had every utensil and gadget we needed for cooking. Place is well stocked. We arrived to a nice welcome card and some wine and snack treats which was a fun surprise while we got to enjoy our first sunset fresh off the plane!I was originally worried that Kihei Rd would be too noisy for me as I am not a fan of traffic but it honestly wasn’t bad at all. I think sitting and enjoying the view overrode the cars passing by. The owners have made their home an awesome place to enjoy your vacation. You can tell they share their love of the island and aloha spirit. This made it special and I felt very blessed by just being in their home they share with strangers. Having the jackets in the closet for Haleakala sunrise was da kine! Sunrise is a must do for sure and the jackets are definitely needed.I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return again. Aloha, From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The condo is beautifully maintained and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time in Maui. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. One of the highlights was the lanai with comfortable cushioned lounges to watch the sunset. This was a great vacation condo. It really was exceptionally well stocked - the best stocked vacation rental I have stayed at. Everything you could possibly need - lots of beach equipment, coolers, many towels, useful local books, lots of kitchen supplies etc. The location was also excellent - a very short walk to Kam 3, perfect for a quick snorkel or to watch the sunset. Also loved seeing the ocean from the patio - I think this was one of the best units in this complex due to the view and proximity to the beach. Condo itself was updated, clean and well looked after. The second patio was very useful for cleaning off and drying beach equipment. Keyless entry was handy for going to the beach. Only one tiny negative (not specific to this condo) was the building walls were very thin - for example you can hear the upstairs neighbor open their patio doors. However there are quiet hours in the building and our sleep was not disrupted. ##### Lynne B. Enjoy biking in S Kihei to lava fields, upper Kula Rd to Maui winery, walks to Wailea area. Property grounds were kept in immaculate condition by hard working landscaping crew.
