It’s near the beach, stores, shops, and restaurants which makes driving easier. Parking is included which is also a big advantage. The landscaping, pool area and pickleball court are all very nice. It's very well maintained. Parking is adequate. The unit we were in could use a little updating, but was comfortable and pretty well equipped. I used to live in an Ali'i Kai condo, so this was like coming home. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to enjoy breakfast and the occasional dinner in. We especially appreciated the beach gear—chairs, towels, cooler, and beach toys—which made our beach days effortless. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC kept us cool on warmer nights. One of our favorite parts was the lanai. We spent every morning out there with coffee and every evening winding down to the sounds of the island. The grounds were peaceful and lush, and the location was perfect—just minutes from some of our favorite beaches, restaurants, and shops in Kihei and Wailea. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. This place truly made our Maui trip easy, comfortable, and memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back, well-located home base on the island. At first, Kihei wasn't an option but glad I found this spot owned by Matt and Sandy. It was perfect. Walking distance to Kamole Beach Park 1 and close to Kamole Beach Parks 2 and 3\. Restaurants, shops etc. in the close proximity. Foodland close by too. Again, just a great area. This complex is clean. Parking is nice. Pool was a nice alternative to the beach. Sauna, hot tub is a plus. Great amenities in this comfy condo. Well kept and exactly as pictured and described. Thank you Matt and Sandy. I was bitten by bed bugs while sleeping on the sofa bed. We booked for 3 adults, but the condo only accommodates 2 people comfortably — only 3 beach towels were provided, and everything else seemed prepared for just two guests. La cocina esta totalmente equipada con vitroceramica, horno, microondas, tostadora, lavavajillas…nos faltaba la cafetera y los cubiertos, en cuanto lo comunicamos nos los acercaron. Tienen toallas y sillas de playa en el apartamento. También cuenta con lavadora y secadora en el apartamento. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el mail de instrucciones (comprobar spam) y con la clave de acceso, mandé un mail porque no podía hacer llamadas internacionales y rápidamente me llamaron para darme un código de emergencia.
