"We were put up by Westjet on vouchers. Our first night was in the main wing near the pool. Extremely small & dirty rooms. Very dated. Piss poor air conditioning. Incredibly uncomfortable and lumpy beds. Our 2nd nite was our responsibility and we chose to stay in the tower wing away from the pool. If you have a choice… DO THIS!! Comfortable bigger and completely redone rooms. Queen beds. Spacious shower. Wall mounted PROPERLY WORKING AC! Nite and day difference. Main wings should be shut down and renovated. "Overall, a nice place to stay. Room was nice. Pools were nice. Right on a good section of beach. Free valet services, but the valets were hard to find at the desk and a little slow. It also does seems a little odd that they’re still not cleaning rooms as if we are still worried about Covid. Not even an offer to clean the room or replace towels, soap, toilet paper, etc in the week we were there. Also, a little odd that you keep the “spa” in your name when it is shut down and not opening again."

"The staff is wonderful. We were there for our anniversary and we got complimentary upgrade to executive room, complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry to make it more special. The resort itself is magnificent, the pools are splendid. They have thier own cove which is great to snorkel. We also get to watch the whales from the infinity pool. "
