It’s okey, but I don’t want to recommend to others number one! front desk attitudes, they don’t know how to give aloha approachable specially the spirit of aloha, ( if you working in the hotel industry you don’t need to wait guests come and asking something! You are the one to initiate and connect to every individual come to your hotel) and talk with Eye 2 Eye contact and you need to show your interest for every guess that you are assisting with, Number two, Regarding cleanliness, I’m sorry but I check inside the clothes, Back of the cabinet, back of the door in the entrance, toilet on the lower part is very dirty, shower curtain it’s a very dirty in the curtain inside the room there’s a lot of dust and also the wall all over, very dusty and all the furniture‘s not maintaining, the glass on the lanai is old and a lot of scratch, The presentation of the amenities,Toilet tissue, Must be folded clean pointed, Soap, shampoo and conditioner must be in pot under liner. Housekeeper they don’t Acknowledge guests on the hallway, and in the black trash liner we just left in the hallway. So how I could recommend to others. Thank you. Hope This comment they take us a lesson to be more aware the way how they connect to every guests and how they repairing the guest rooms.
