We loved our stay and highly recommend staying here. The location, property, condo and overall area is extremely nice, quiet, safe and beautiful. Nearby beach access, shopping, food and golf. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit. Room was clean, all appliances worked, plenty of space and great view. Wailea is the only place to stay in Maui. Thank you for the great experience!

Negatives: We were never told how to access the pool. Never got a key and I emailed and never had a response from the mgt. company. So we never used the pool. We had to vacate 1/2 of a day due to they had a termite maintenance during our stay (no reimbursement for this). There was a cleaning fee that was not disclosed and it was expensive. The furniture and kitchen were dated/worn out. -small aunts/bugs. in kitchen Positives: walking distance to a nice beach .7 miles to shops/restaurants spacious unit

The Best Place to Stay in Maui
The Palms at Wailea is always such a wonderful place to stay. The condos are always clean, spacious and the amenities are amazing! When you call the front desk, they always are quick to answer any concerns. We have stayed at this facility every time we come to Maui to visit family.

I rented multiple places. Communication was decent when they changed one of my rooms but sometimes the hours were hard to reach the front desk. I rented 4 units and mostly satisfied in general. Each unit was very variable. One was really nice and one was really old. In general it seemed clean overall but there were some ants (I feel on the island, its impossible to avoid in a tropical setting). The a/c in the main room was really cool but the rest of the place does get hot. However, they do provide much of everything you need (it even has a bbq grill!!!!). The space is HUGE compared to many other places, which is great. The pool was nice and large. Mostly quiet. Overall besides the ants, can't really complain!

Very dark unless all window were open. Corner unit where all traffic comes into the development. Furniture dark and not very clean seat coverings. Kitchen silverware and dishes not fully accounted for. Only Only 3 teaspoons, six of other silverware. Glasses odd numbers? Challenging for seniors. Parking space. several spots away from entry. Stairs down to ground floor entry. (Awkward for taking in luggage and groceries.) Two stairs in condo down from bathrooms and bedroom. No railing. Pool has many steps down to the pool level on slippery tile with railing. Plus several steps then into pool.with a railing. The pool itself is made of very slippery tiles. The pool is 3-4 “ depth. Few pool rules with lots of children jumping, diving with limited supervision. Many children had limited swimming abilities with no parents in or near water.
